After much speculation, the Danish royals finally arrived in Mary’s home state this morning. They made their way to Princess Mary’s sister’s house, where they are recovering from the long flight. Surprised neighbours rushed out to see what was happening when media crews arrived to catch a glimpse of the home-grown princess. One neighbour handed out fresh banana cake to journalists and camera crews. The family have now erected screens along the expansive front window to shield the royals from the camera lenses.
